Beef is our thing at Sophie's & our Sunday Roasts are very much a family affair. Using pure bred Aberdeen Angus beef from Sophie's family farm, aged & butchered house, every Sunday our chefs roast an exciting variety of cuts for the ultimate Sunday Roast, farm to fork.
